(APEX MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS OFFICE TI) Permit to combine the existing 2,072 sq ft Suite 300 & 3,670 sq ft Suite 375 into one suite for an office tenant. Work to include: demolition of interior, nonbearing partition walls; upgrading all third floor sprinkler heads to quick response heads and downgrading the corridor to a non-rated corridor; new partition walls and doors; new plumbing for break room sink; modification of the existing suspended ceiling; relocation of existing light fixtures and HVAC supplies/diffusers; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Two code modification approval letters have been uploaded to the permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for 1-hour substitution with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
