(HOLLISTER - SPACE # 2091) This permit is to combine multiple mall tenant spaces into one 5,605 sq. ft. tenant space in the Boise Towne Square Mall. No racking over 8 feet in height is allowed under this permit. Work to include: demolition of non-bearing interior walls, construction of new non-bearing interior walls, new mall storefront, 5 fitting rooms, 1 accessible fitting room, new single user restrooms, stockroom, new lighting, mechanical work, new plumbing fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. **JHB**

Previously noted items have been corrected, fire sprinkler inspection is complete, fire alarm inspection is complete, fire extinguishers will be placed in discussed location. TCO is authorized contingent on the racking permit (BLD19-02023) getting inspected and passed. After racking permit is finaled then a final life fire safety inspection will be required to finalize inspection process for life safety.

Life safety will be ok to pass when the hardware for door 113 is addressed and the transfer grill is installed for the smoke evac system from the Mall space as per the approved plans. Still need racking permit inspected. I'm ok for product to be brought into the store but the racks can not be used until the racking permit is approved.
