Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,806 square foot retail sales tenant space located on the 1st story near J. C. Penny in the Boise Town Square Mall Building. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Colors Origins”. At least one dressing room of each type is required to be accessible to the disabled. The smoke-control system is required to be maintained operational as originally approved. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist.
