Work to include new interior nonbearing walls to create an (3) offices, (1) open bullpen, (2) bathroom, (1) breakroom, (1) storage, (1) conference room, (1) waiting and reception area, new doors/door frames, concrete slab, millwork, suspended acoutic and gypsum ceilings, new lighting, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work. Interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinkled without a fire alarm. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or addition of a Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
