The current tenant is Eyemart occupied under BLD14-00484. The new space will include (2) additional exam rooms, (1) VF testing room, (1) CL Trials room, and (1) Pre-test room. Work to include: adding new 2x6 non-load bearing interior walls, (2) side hinged doors, (3) pocket doors, frame over (1) existing exterior door at back, finishes, furniture, replace (1) existing RTU, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Demo work includes a 7'-6" hole in the existing demising wall to join the two spaces and remove cabinetry and relocate sink. This building is fully fire sprinkled.
