Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (3) adjustment rooms, (1) office, (2) exam rooms, an x-ray room, a hallway and a reception area, millwork, a new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
