(BODO BUILDING #8) (VANILLA TI - INTERIOR DEMO) **NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE.** Permit to for interior demo only of an existing 372 sq ft tenant space previously occupied by Idaho Trust National Bank as an ATM lobby. Work to include: demolition of interior non-bearing partition walls, floor finishes and wall base, remove existing ATMs, and removal of dropped soffit ceiling and can lights. This building is fully sprinklered for high-rise buildings. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept.
