Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. If there are violations that are required to be upgraded, perhaps a temporary Certificate of Occupancy could be considered while those violations are corrected under a separate tenant improvement permit.
