Work to include: New non-load bearing interior walls to create a storage room area, entry vestibule, and multi-purpose gathering space on the north side of the space. Demo of (2) door in the existing offices on the east side of the space, infill walls at door locations. Network room at south side of space to have security screening from top of wall to underside of structure to secure network room. Adding vertical grab bars to the existing accessible bathrooms. Racking over 8'-0" will require seperate permit. No plumbing work indicated, mechanical and electrical work will require seperate permits.
