Met with builder Robere Kazadi to listen to his concerns and discuss outstanding issues with the project. Owners have submitted a Variance application to Planning. Due to some change in scope, approval from Planning and Public Works needed prior to submitting any plan changes to the Building Division to approve. Robere requested a meeting to be scheduled with Building, Planning and Public Works all together. Robere also inquired on status of citation issued. Will check with Legal.

Discussed situation with Jason Blais, Carl Madsen, and Dave Hannah. Direction was given to escalate to Bob Archibald and Cody Riddle to try to reach an agreement with the owner and GC on how to move forward.
