(VANILLA – RADAR BLDG - BASEMENT SUITE #10) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. (An Interior non-structural demo permit was issued under BLD19-00600) Permit is to remodel an existing 946 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of interior stairs and infill floor opening, removal of interior bearing and nonbearing walls, removal of interior nonbearing masonry walls, removal of exterior and interior door/door frames, removal of chimney and infill ceiling opening , removal of exterior windows, removal of wood floor and replace with concrete slab, removal of gypsum ceiling, removal of millwork, removal of plumbing fixtures, construction of new exterior concrete basement front entry stairs/landings and a retaining wall with guards and handrails, construction of interior bearing and non-bearing walls to create an office, a conference room, a reception area, (3) open office area and an accessible restroom, new interior furred at the exterior envelope walls with insulation, new exterior windows, new door/door frames, new exterior storefront entry door, new wall infill at old exterior wall door opening, millwork, new gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
