Work being performed to make home more wheelchair friendly. Permit to replace existing bearing walls between Kitchen and Dining Room with a beam; remove existing french door in Dining Room and replace with a 6'x4' window in that opening; build up sunken floor in Dining Room to be flush with the existing floor; remove existing window in Living Room and intall new exterior door in the existing opening. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as needed/required. All work to be done as per plans, notes, and local codes. Separate electrical & mechanical permits required. **JAB**
