The existing warehouse area to remain unaltered per attached plans. Racking or storage that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
