(VANILLA SHELL) - NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fire sprinklered. Tenant shall apply for a separate building permit for occupancy. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,893 sq. ft. tenant space formerly occupied as an office under BLD00-02177. Work to include removing non-bearing interior walls, remove interior doors, modify acoustical ceiling tile, new drinking fountain, minor plumbing work, and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. An exit sign needs to be added above the interior corridor exit as per the approved plans. I'm also noting that per the previous history of this building that notification devices have been required to be added into the tenant spaces as occupancy permits have been finaled. At this point this permit is not for occupancy therefore the fire alarm will not be an issue.
