customer originally was told by P&Z that they need a cert of approval permit-customer applied CZC19-00046 then was called and told they didn't need it-i gave her Tisha's email to request an email-called JAR to see who all needs to do the plan review-JAR asked me to assign it to addressing, pub works and her-i also changed the address from 320 Orchard to the address on the app which is 326 Orchard.
