(THE ROYAL) **This building is not fire sprinklered. ** Permit for a bar in Hyde Park and includes a new tenant improvement in a recently renovated shell and core building under permit BLD18-04579. Work includes construction of a bar, walk-in cooler, new non-bearing partitions, outdoor patio, seating area, gaming area, installation of new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. To avoid a fire sprinkler system, the fire area that contains this A-2 occupancy is limited to 66 occupants and the 14 occupants on the outdoor patio are not included in this calculation, but are figured in the plumbing calculation. Two-hour fire barriers have been installed at the property lines to divide this occupancy into separate fire areas under the prior shell and core permit and shall be maintained. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. **CROSS-ACCESS AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED for access to the (alley) public way from the egress at outdoor patio prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy – See sheet A2.1 – Note by Architect at dumpster area.** **JHB**
