• Do you have permission from the architect Glen Walker to use his plan for your remodel, if so provide a letter from Glen Walker on letterhead stating he has given you permission to use his plans for the remodel (if permission is not given you will need to provide your own floor plan sheet on a min 18” x 24” sheet that is scaled)
• The vicinity map, the key plan and the missing code analysis shall all be placed on a cover sheet on a minimum 18” x 24” plan sheet.
• Provide details of the new ACT ceiling
• Provide how the new 6’ tall wall is to be braced at the top of wall shall have adequate strength and stiffness to resist the loads to which they are subjected but not less than a horizontal load of 5 psf
• Show location of the fire extinguisher
• Our records indicate this tenant floor area is the same tenant as the tenant area to the north, it appears the 878 sq. ft. tenant space remodel is going to separate the floor area from the north tenant space. clarify
