(REGAL BOISE) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. **The 1-hour fire barrier that enclosues the exit passageway is required to be maintaned for egress.** Permit is to remodel (1) one theater within an existing 21 theater complex. Work is to include the demolition of the existing theater furniture/equipment, new structural frame for stadium style seating, new seating, new plumbing for sensory seating, new electrical work for seating, new lighting, new sound system, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. There shall be no change to the existing egress system. This is a fully sprinklered building, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate fire sprinkler permit and will be required to comply with NFPA #13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. A new certificate of occupancy shall be issued to reflect the reduction in seats from 198 to 165 seats. **JHB**

Please note that you have submitted the wrong application for the scope of this project. This should be submitted as a #520 Major TI and not the #502 New Commercial / Addition Application. Provide the following to complete your prescreen:
1) Complete and fill out checklist #520 Major Tenant Improvement Checklist and upload this document into the "documents" folder. This document must be completely filled out and all drawings/documents provided.
2) The drawing file size cannot exceed 1.0 MB per drawing file. Please reduce the electronic file size of the individual drawings that exceed 1.0 MB and upload.
3) Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural drawings do not have the required space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” (4"x4" on cover) space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify ALL plan sheets have the required space for city approval stamp.
4) The Architect's stamp is missing the a date and signature on all the drawings. Please provide the signature and date per the Idaho State Board rules and regulations.
