**(DANCE CLOSET - SUITE #160)** (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD19-00887 IN EPLAN) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,001 sq. ft. retail tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 1,565 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,772 sq. ft. is to be an un-occupied vacant tenant space created under BLD19-01034. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, a storage room, an accessible restroom, a new exterior door on existing storefront, new curtain fitting areas, select new door/door frames, select new gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
