Finishing work for expired Permit BLD17-00559. The original Permit received and Passed a footing and foundation inspection (10/18/17) and a partial wall bracing (4/20/18). Permit to add two story addition to existing single level home. New addition to have 968 square feet on the Main Floor and 968 square feet on the Upper Floor (1936 square feet addition). Adding Dining room, Living room Kitchen, Mechanical/Storage Room, Powder and Laundry Closet downstairs and (3) Bedrooms, (2) Baths upstairs. Prescriptive or better Energy Code is proposed. Ductless heating system is being proposed. Foundation is being constructed of Logix 12" (8" conc.) ICF. All work to be done according to Logix specifications and local codes. Separate electrical, mechanical, plumbing and erosion permits are required. The existing Kitchen must be removed (no ADU or Duplex is permited with this permit). The two structures must be connected with access from one to the other. No other work to the existing home is proposed.
