(RPM WHEEL & TIRE – AUTO CUSTOMIZATION – OCCUPANCY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new 7,900 square foot sales, display, and auto customization tenant within an existing building formerly occupied by “Brown Rent-All”. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. A separate permit is required for storage racks over 8 feet tall. A separate permit is required for tire storage over 6 feet tall. The storage of tires within this building shall comply with the 2015 International Fire Code. **CJW**
