(TOLSMA USA, LLC) PLAN MODIFICATION- Adding door in Mechanical Room from hall- Permit is to alter an existing 10,352 sq. ft. warehouse/office Tenant Space within an existing 24,250 sq ft building (BLD07-02854 Shell Only Permit). This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select nonbearing walls to create a new mechanical room, adding (1) sink, adding light fixtures and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. The tenant space at a 10,352 sq ft existing office/warehouse space occupied by “TOLSMA” under BLD18-03261. TOLSMA was issued an occupant load reduction for plumbing fixtures in order to have two single restrooms, providing the required number of fixtures, and are permitted as unisex restrooms per 2015 IBC 2902.2.1. No drinking fountains are provided. An occupant load reduction letter for plumbing fixtures has been approved, limiting the occupant load to 30. A drinking fountain would be required without the BLD18-03261 Occupant Load Reduction Request for Plumbing Fixture Reduction. If there is a new tenant, or any changes to the occupant load or occupancy, plumbing fixture counts are to be re-evaluated. The same Tenant remains. There will be no change to the Occupancy. There is no change to the Occupancy Load. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with a Fire Alarm System. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **BJM**
