Please e-mail the stamped inspection approval letter to mjannusch@cityofboise.org and allow 24 hours for subgrade approval processing. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-#### with questions.
Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-####.
The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.

2nd Plan Mod Failed 07/09 for PW corrections: Plan Modification to include: There were small 1-2-foot retaining walls added east of the home and along the north side of the home.
A sidewalk was added along the south property line and some additional retaining walls (that create a planter) added west of the sidewalk out to the street.
We have shown constructing a curb line along the landscaped area to the sidewalk to daylight in the planter.
