The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the Structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Project shall comply with all conditions of approval associated with DRH19-00089, including: painted crosswalks shall be the full width of the curb ramps and enter the parking lot aisle at a perpendicular manner, not angled - pathway through the landscape terminal may be used in addition to required crosswalk; show bicycle parking on site plan that meets dimensional standards; both entries require a minimum 3' canopy or recessed entry - clearly indicate on site plan the depth of the canopy over the western most entry.

1) Plan sheet, A3.2 do not have the required space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify ALL plan sheets have the required space for city approval stamp.
2) The incorrect mechanical code is listed on the "Project Information" - See sheet G0.1. The city of Boise has adopted the 2012 International Mechanical Code. Please revise the drawings to reflect the updated code.
3) The building type III-N is not an applicable construction type within the 2015 International Building Code. Please classify the construction type of the building that aligns with the 2015 IBC.
4) Sheet S0.1 "Special Inspection" drawing states the incorrect building code and code references in Chapter 17. The City of Boise has adopted the 2015 International Building Code. Please update the referenced code sections on this sheet and utilize the 2015 IBC for special inspections.
