Work to include installation of new 110 sq ft spa and associated equipment, new section of fence on the east side with new self-closing and latching gate. The new gate is required to have an exit sign and panic hardware. Maximum occupant load of 150 for combined load of pool, spa, and pool deck to be posted in conspicuous location near main exit from the pool deck. Existing pool constructed in 1985 under BLD1019461. Remodel of clubhouse building, replacement of exterior walks and pool deck, and new exterior trellis constructed under BLD18-04433. Special Inspections required per attached Form 310.
