(ACHD Cloverdale Shop – Overhead door opening remodel) SPECIAL INSPECTIONS REQUIRED. To remodel two existing overhead door openings by widening the opening from 12 feet to 14 feet. All work must comply with CZC19-00146 and attached structural engineering. Scope of work: cut existing opening larger in the existing CMU wall, install (2) new 14' x 14' overhead door, install new steel header and new steel jambs as per engineering. No change in occupany. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ***BJM***

2. Planning and Zoning letters must be included with the application/prescreen.
