(ST. LUKE’S – PT/RT OFFICE SUITE – FIRST STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and for high rise. To remodel the existing 3,050 square foot PT/RT office suite located on the 1st story of the St. Luke’s hospital. Work is to include new floor coverings, re-installed cabinets, new cabinets and counters, a wall infill, a new wall with a new door, and re-installed lockers. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This permit is NOT intended to establish a new Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of this building. It is a scope of work permit. Existing Certificates of Occupancy are still valid. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
