(VANILLA TI – SUITE #130) THERE ARE (4) PERMITS UNDER THIS ePLAN CASE BLD19-00915. (4) Vanilla TI Suites are being developed in an existing 6,374 square foot building. (See BLD19-00915, 01334, 01336) Suite #130 TI, “C” as per plans, is to be a 1,165 square foot Tenant Space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: DEMOLISHING existing non-wall bearing interior walls, existing bathrooms, existing HVAC and electrical as needed, removing CMU Blocks installed to infill a previous opening in the exterior wall in 1988; ADDING a non-bearing interior wall, ADA compliant Bathroom, replacing an existing exterior wall between CMU wall opening with a new front door, glass and exterior wall, HVAC and electrical as per plans, interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
