(FOOTBRIDGE TAVERN – WARMING KITCHEN – BAR AND RESTAURANT) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a 222 square foot warming kitchen within an existing 2,152 square foot tavern. The tavern will be a restaurant and a bar. The kitchen will occupy a 60 square foot former toilet room and 162 square feet of the former seating area. Cooking is not allowed within the kitchen. The griddle shall not be used for cooking. The kitchen is approved for re-heating food only. Operations that create grease laden vapors that would trigger a grease hood being required or operations that are a potential hazard to the sewer system that would trigger a grease trap being required are not allowed. Two existing toilet rooms with some accessible features for the disabled will be maintained. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a double-acting interior door, kitchen equipment, and finishes. The allowed occupant load of the assembly area is being reduced by 4. No outdoor seating is allowed until approved by the Planning Division and unless more toilet room capacity is provided. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
