(RED ARIES PROPERTIES, LLC – 2nd FLOOR) To construct a 6,197 sq. ft. two story commercial building (3,117 sq. ft. shell main floor with a 514 sq. ft. common lobby + 2,566 sq. ft. 2nd floor) for use as an office/business and related site improvements. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, DRH18-00312, attached engineering and plan review report. Scope of work includes: site work, construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation, construction of stud framed exterior envelope walls with stucco, brick and cement siding veneer finish, pre-engineered floor joist, pre-engineered wood truss roof system, electrical work, mechanical work and plumbing work. The building owner will occupy the 2nd floor, the main floor common lobby shall be finished under this permit and the main floor tenant area will remain a shell and core. No occupancy is allowed under this permit for the main floor tenant area, a separate tenant improvement permit is required for occupancy of the main floor tenant space. Note: Special inspection is required, see attached 310 form. This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. System shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

3) Provide Structural Calculations stamped and signed by an Idaho licensed engineer.
4) Soils and Geotech Report is required to be signed and stamped by an Idaho licensed engineer. The "DRAFT" version cannot be accepted.
5) Provide verification of Legal Lot or Parcel form signed and approved by PDS Subdivision Staff.
6) The Shallow Injection Well Inventory form could not be located in the documents folder, but it was marked on the checklist as being provide. Please upload this document into the documents folder.
7) The Drainage System Operation & Maintenance Plan could not be located in the documents folder, but it was marked on the checklist as being provide. Please upload this document into the documents folder.
