Provide addressing for tenant space. Provide fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag, cuurent inspection on extinguisher was completed in 2009. Exit sign/emergency lighting needs serviced, all exit/emergency lighting did not operate when A/C power was isolated. Provide sign at front door reading "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied", signage currently reads "Door to remain unlocked during business hours". Rear exit is partially blocked by mattress storage.

1) Provide form #304 – “Registered Design Professional” form signed by the building owner. This is required for this permit application.
2) Rotate drawing sheets 90 degrees so they are landscape format.
3) Plan sheets do not have the required space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” (4"x4" on cover) space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify ALL plan sheets have the required space for city approval stamp
4) Plan sheets are missing a stamp by the Idaho licensed design professional. Provide a stamp/signature on each sheet.
5) The submitted plan sheets to not meet our minimum requirements. Minimum sheet size accepted is 18”x24”. Please refer to this document for our submittal standards: https://pds.cityofboise.org/media/464072/pdox86_electronic_standards_full_050718.pdf
6) Please list the tenant name and use on the drawings. If this is a mattress shop list the tenant name on the plans.
7) Locate portable fire extinguishers on the floor plan as required by chapter 9 of the 2015 IBC.
8) Provide fixture type, wattage, ballast bulb type, and occupancy sensor controls on sheet A-2 for the restroom. This information could not be found.
9) Show existing lighting within the tenant space on the lighting plan.
