**3 PERMITS UNDER EPLAN BLD19-01469** ***PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Angie Brosious*** (THE CARTEE - TYPE I PODIUM) Note: This project to be constructed under City Code 9-3 Special Design Standards for Type V Construction code. // 06/17/20 PLAN MOD TO ADD PET RELIEF AREA ON TOP OF PODIUM WITH ACCESS FROM LEVEL 4. JAR // Permit to construct the 101,266 sq ft, 3-story Type IA podium of a new 222,171 sq ft, (8)-story mixed-use multifamily residential project with ground floor retail and structured parking. North residential building above podium constructed under BLD19-03318 and South residential building above podium constructed under BLD19-03319. Work to include: construction of concrete foundation, structural steel, and PT concrete slab; installation of interior non-bearing walls and bearing walls to create 20 individual dwelling units; new plumbing, electrical, mechanical, insulation, windows, doors, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. Special inspections required per the attached Form 310. Special Inspection survey required to verify low point of grade at begining of construction, building height of top of podium, 5th flr, and 8th floor at framing stage and at 8th flr final construction. Deferred submittals as listed on G0.01. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. This building will be sprinklered with a fully compliant NFPA 13 and NFPA fire alarm system to comply with the 5 story wood construction ordinance, allowable area increase, and story increase. **JAR**
