**(BOISE OFFICE MOVING)** Permit is to remodel an existing 14,779 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space by expanding into 7,402 sq. ft. of the existing eastern portion of the adjacent warehouse/storage space, creating an office/warehouse tenant space that is 22,181 sq. ft. within the existing building. (note: the remaining 7,442 sq. ft. western portion of the adjacent tenant space is to remain un-occupied see BLD19-01483). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing demising wall for new interior warehouse opening, new overhead door, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, new door/door frame and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
