Work to include: construction of slab on grade concrete foundation, pre-engineered shell with insulation, interior non-bearing walls, restroom, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Note: complies with ANSI/ASHREA 90.1. Special Inspections required per attached Form 310. Separate racking permit required for any racking over 8 ft in height. This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
