Submit a landscape plan designed by a landscape professional. The plan shall include four (4) Class II street trees along Broadway Avenue that are approved by the Boise City Tree Selection Guide as well as appropriate landscaping within the planter located to the west of the drive through lane that includes trees, shrubs and an appropriate mulch.
