Work to include: construction of foundation, installation of prefabricated steel structure, and related site improvements. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. This building is not fire sprinklered. NOTE: A Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued unless an approved “Accessible route” is installed to the new shelter. **BJM**
