(FRED MEYER – GROCERY PICK UP) Permit is to remodel 411 sq. ft. of area within an existing retail building for staging online grocery orders and exterior site work. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and CZC19-00154. Work to include: removal of select exiting store fixtures, construct 25-foot lineal interior nonbearing wall, install 30 lineal feet of chrome pipe rail to define staging area, (2) new reach-in coolers, millwork, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for unlimited area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Contacted an associate at the store who contacted the store manager, Ben, who does not have any city approved documents. No inspection performed. I left message of situation on this contacts voice mail.

Store mngr has approved set of drawings, and permits.
