THE SINGLE-USER TOILET ROOM WITHIN THE OFFICE AREA WILL NOT BE UPGRADED TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED AT THIS TIME. A NEW RECEPTION ROOM HAVING A SERVICE COUNTER/WINDOW WILL BE EXPANDED, A NEW OFFICE HAVING A SERVICE COUNTER/WINDOW WILL BE EXPANDED, AND A NEW ROOM THAT WAS FORMERLY TO BE A CLASSROOM WILL BE EXPANDED AND USED AS A LIBRARY.) This building will eventually have a fire sprinkler system installed for building area increase, fire area, fire flow, and in lieu of fire rated corridors. To remodel a 15,114 square foot area within the elementary classroom portion of an existing church school. Work is to include new exterior windows (U-factor .28 and SHGC .39), new LED light fixtures, interior finishes, updated technology, two multi-user toilet rooms upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, a single-user toilet room upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, wall infills, new interior walls, new interior windows at new service counters/windows, and the first phase of a fire sprinkler system including the fire sprinkler riser. To remodel a 7,754 square foot area within the middle school classroom portion of an existing church school. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, new millwork, lockers, vertical grab bars at existing toilets, finishes, and the first phase of a fire sprinkler system. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit. It is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of this building. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**

SPOKE WITH 363 and he said that the MEC19-02519 that was attached to this project was not for the mini spit and he had ask the GC to get a permit for that portion of the job see Tom's note on the Partial Pass acivity on the ELE19-02280, until GC pulls a permit for the mini split this can not be given the Cert of Completion per Tom inspector.
Just in case- left a message for inspector 363, because the customer came in to get their certificate of compliance and the electrical permit has only a partial pass

Partial final inspection for life fire safety inspection complete. Last remaining items include sway bracing mod fire sprinkler permit, (per conversation with Romeo Gervais with Boise Fire, a temp can be given for 30 days, contingent on the fire sprinkler being re-issued and finaled) and door hardware is the existing round type, plans show lever type hardware that is on back order, will be installed when recieved. Fire alarm inspection is complete, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags. TCO for life fire safety authorized for 30 days.
