Spoke with Michael, he stated HVAC system are on the plans. we went over the application will need to have the indiviual address once the final plat is completed and I will delete all applications from the documents on eplan. went over that there would need to be a 506 and (4) 402 applications uploaded with BLD19-02196 once the final plat is completed as well

Informed michael that he cannot apply for building permits until final plat is completed and will have to apply for a separate 506 application (and add four 402 applications in documents for the townhomes) for the building with restaurant, condos above and town homes attached. Recommended that he also apply for the other three buildings (townhomes w/individual lots) separately

left a message to Michael regarding the reason why the prescreen was fail and send him an email suggesting that he apply for each bulding instead of all 21 units at once.
