**(VANILLA – SUITE #180)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,770 sq. ft. vanilla tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to create an accessible restroom and a janitor room. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **MDH**
