email complaint: "The house across the alley from me is being rehabbed - up on girders, basement being dug. I wanted to express my concerns about how close the work vehicles are coming to our house. Our house is located at 511 Sherman Street and sits very close to the alley across from the rehab project. Is there a way to require the machinery to stay on their property? Last night I found that a large (over 6 ft tall) pile of dirt had spilled into the alley last night, which means that today''s trash/recycle trucks will be veering even closer to our house. And there have been heavy tire tracks right next to our front porch. It there any way for the City to require them to access the property from a spot that is less threatening to the neighbors'' properties? Thank you for your help. p.s. Are they not required to have any sort of erosion control BMPs? " Phone #: ###-####/// talked with excavator person,, went over issues,, told to clean up and get bmp's in place,, called RP,, left v.mail same,, he called back and said he would take care of it,, ESC personnel will follow up
