(SCORIA VINEYARDS) **PLAN MODIFCATION - 11-25-19 to remove the 1-hour rate wall note from sheet A1.0 as it is not required for mixed non-separated occupanies on the 1st floor.** Permit for a tenant improvement in an existing 1,160 sq. ft. tenant space for a wine tasting room and storage/clean room. Work to include construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls; new seating lounge area, prep and cleanup area; fixtures, furniture, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. A dishwasher with an exhaust grille located above is installed in the storage/clean room. Tenant is utilizing the shared restrooms in the common area located on the 1st floor. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations to the sprinkler/alarm system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
