Please ensure the following corrections are made.
1) There is a 16 foot geothermal easement along the western property boundary. Please ensure that the house does not sit within this easement. (Per Wolf Tree Square Sub Plat)
2) The must also sit no less than 10 feet from the back of the sidewalk on the western side. (Per SP-01 Chapter 2: Land Use)
3) The retaining wall/fence stacking on the southern property boundary must be no greater than 6 feet in height total. The height of the fence should be reduced to 4 feet, on top of the 2 foot retaining wall. A variance is required to have a 6 foot fence on top of the 2 foot retaining wall (Per Boise City Code 11-07-05. This amendment was adopted in 2019).
