(RUSH BOWLS) **This building is fully fire sprinklered with a fire alarm system. ** The main scope of work within this permit is to remodel an existing hair salon that totaled 1,400 square feet into a new restaurant space. Work is to include: removal of interior non-bearing walls, construction of interior non-bearing walls, new accessible doors/hardware, installation of new kitchen equipment, new electrical work, new plumbing work, minor mechanical work including ductwork/diffuser modifications, and interior finishes to comply with Chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JHB**
