Work to include: Construct non-load bearing interior walls with doors to create two new offices, interior finishes, minor mechanical, minor electrical. Interior finishes shall comply with 2015 chapter 8. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Any major T.I. work to this building will require a corridor from the shared bathrooms to an approved exit. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire Department.
