Description	(ASHWOOD RECOVERY AT NORTHPOINT) Repair only. A PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RECONSTRUCTION. Permit to remove and replace portion of existing TPO roof and repair existing parapet by removing and replacing stucco, rigid insulation and wood furring supporting stucco. Existing wall and roof structure to remain intact. Damaged roof sheathing will be replaced as needed. Interior work to include painting and replacing damaged ceiling tiles within existing ceiling grid which is to remain. Mechanical work will be done under a separate permit.
