(GRAYLING PLACE – UNIT #201 – FIRE DAMAGE REPAIR PERMIT) ""PREINSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK"" Permit for repairs to four units (Under BLD19-02446, BLD19-02447, BLD19-02448 and BLD19-02449) within an existing building resulting from fire/smoke/water damage. Note: This building was built in 1994 using the 1991 UBC, plans on file under micro fiche #970160. This is a scope of work permit only; A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. See attached paperwork for each individual unit work to be done. Work to include: remove and replace of select fire damaged construction to original or better, remove and replace select pre-engineered structural roof trusses, remove and replace select roof assembly, remove and replace select walls and finishes, remove and replace select floor and ceiling finishes, select cabinetry replacement, select exterior finishes, select electrical work, select plumbing work, select mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
