(GARRO BUILDING - VANILLA - SUITE 100) SPECIAL INSPECTIONS REQUIRED- USING INTUMESCENT COATING TO ACHIEVE (1) HOUR CEILING ASSEMBLY. **Permit is for the 1st floor of the existing historic building. Work to include: removal of non-structural, non-functioning, elements from previous tenants; installation of a 1-hr rated floor/ceiling assembly; installation of 1-hr rated column wraps, new interior lighting, and replacement of mechanical. This building is sprinklered to allow the 5th floor. The sprinkler and fire alarm system must be maintained and functional at all times. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. No occupancy permit will be issued and any relocated or future tenants must apply for building permit and receive a certificate of occupancy prior to occupying. This building is sprinklered to allow 5th floor. ***BJM***
