(SBARRO - TENANT IMPROVEMENT - BTS #2016) **Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 1010 sq.ft. restaurant within a covered mall building. Work to include new ACT tiles, new lighting, new equipment, new countertops, refinishing existing millwork, and new finishes. Finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: a separate sign permit for interior mall signage is required before sign installation. MDH Approval of relocated Class 1 hood is only for use above the pizza oven. Hood would need to be re-evaluated for any other cooking equipment. Chad S.
