Ron Johnson indicated that the property will not be required to have residential sprinklers (due to excessive distance to a hydrant) as long as the driveway requirements of 75,000 pound rating and 20 feet wide are met. Tyler Pond indicated that he believes the driveway weight rating is adequate and has sent an email that says he will not hold the fire department responsible for damage if they have to use it.
